Take some time at the end of each day and reflect. Thank God for this day that has now passed. Understand that everything that you experienced today - whether you judged it good or bad is perfect in the big picture. What is the “big picture?”
All of us are here to learn and to become more conscious of our soul’s purpose - to love. If you did have something “bad” happen today thank God for it as well. Ask yourself what did you learn from the experience.

We don’t learn from our “good” experiences. We have already passed that course. The people and experiences that make us the maddest and most upset are our best teachers. Learn from every experience, get stronger and become the person you truly are.🙏❤️😎
